Highland's Sesquicentennial Celebration of 150 years is fast approaching! The weekend events, scheduled for Thursday, May 24, through Monday, May 28, will highlight historic re-enactments, porch tours, various social events, exciting activities and more! Mark your calendar now, reserving your seat for the Sesquicentennial Dinner and Hoe-Down Dance Program beginning at 6 PM Saturday, May 26, featuring True North™, Wild Women of the Frontier and the Sesquicentennial Singers.

Check out the various activities for the extended weekend by clicking on the “Schedule of Events” for a condensed one page printable copy. Print an “order form” for purchasing admission to the Saturday Evening Activities (dinner, program & street dance), and the Porch Tours. The Farmer’s Daughter Quilt Tickets, Sesquicentennial T-Shirts and/or Commemorative Pillow may also be purchased on the “order form.

In case of inclement weather, arrangements have been made to hold the Saturday Evening Activities (dinner, program & dance) and/or the Memorial Day Service in the high school.
