In win against Independence on Wed. she led the team
with 16 points, shooting 5/12 from the floor and 6/8 from
the free throw line. On Saturday vs. KCK she led the team
in scoring for the third game in a row with 23 points, for
an average of 19.5 per game for the week.

Freshman Chontaye Walter led the Lady Saints to a
82-67 victory at Cloud County C.C. Walter scored 20
points, posted a career-high eight rebounds and totaled
five assists with four steals. Walter has now scored at
least 20 points in three conference road games this
season. Walter is currently leading the Region VI in
assist/turnover ratio (3.82) and is among league leaders
in assists per game (5.4). |
