Eldoret, Kenya
Kosgei won her first race of the season at Oklahoma Baptist
University. Her time of 18:29 was very quick considering it was
82 degrees at race time with little to no wind. She led most of
the race.

Francis Gipson
Freshman
JCCC freshman Francis Gipson helped lead the Cavaliers cross
country team to a team win at the Tabor Invitational, racing to
a seventh-place finish with a time of 19:33.85. A week earlier
she was the medalist at the Highland Invitational.
