Butler Community College
Scott Smith
Defensive End
6'7" 265
Sophomore
Kialua, HI

Scott Smith led the Butler defense in a smothering effort against Dodge City. Smith sacked the quarterback twice, while recording three quarterback hurries. He also was in on seven other tackles, four solo and three assists, while forcing a fumble and recovering another. The Butler defense held Dodge City to negative yardage for much of the game, allowing just one touchdown. Smith looks to continue the tradition of good defensive ends to come out of Butler, already with three sacks in two games.

Zach Bowers had 3 Unassisted Tackles, 1 Assisted, 2 Tackles for Loss, 2.5 Sacks
