Independence
Community College is seeking applications for the position of Head
Volleyball Coach. The college seeks a team-oriented professional who will
administer the Pirate volleyball program, under the leadership of the Director
of Athletics. Responsibilities will include the development, implementation and
fiscal control of the volleyball budget; the supervision of the student
athletes' educational and athletic program; direct involvement with the Pirate
Booster Club in fundraising and promotional efforts; supervising and disciplining
players during practices and games; and additional duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Community College
coaching experience with recruiting experience preferred.
Position Information
The Head Volleyball Coach is a full-time, 12 month position with benefits.
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
