HCC Hires Offensive Coordinator
Highland Community College head football coach Mike Beagle has announced the hiring of Christopher Douglas as the new offensive coordinator for the Scotties. Douglas comes to the College from Stigler, OK where he was the head football coach at the Stigler Public Schools.
Prior to his position in Oklahoma, Douglas was the head coach at Southwestern College in Winfield, the defensive coordinator at Jamestown College in North Dakota, and the running backs coach at Abilene Christian University in Texas.
Douglas is a native of Oklahoma, attended
Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, received an associate degree from Carl Albert
State College, both bachelor of arts and a bachelor of science degree from
Southwestern College, and a master's degree in sports administration from
Wichita State University.
