Nelson scored 2 of Barton’s 4 goals at the Mid Kansas
Shoot Out as the No. 12 Cougars won a pair of 2-1 games.
Nelson scored what proved to be the game winner against No. 8
San Jacinto Saturday. Nelson came off the bench and scored the
game tying goal Sunday against Iowa Central. Nelson now has 3
goals on the season coming off the Barton bench.
