Daneille Blevins
Freshman
JCCC freshman forward Danielle Blevins led JCCC to a Region
VI title with 12 goals and five assists in the Cavaliers three
wins in the tournament. Blevins opened championship
play with a record game in a 19-0 win over Cloud County. She
netted eight goals which tied the national record at the
time. She also had four assists, giving her 20
points, a new team record. She added two goals and an assist in
a 10-1 win over Neosho County. In the championship game, a 3-0
win over Hutchinson, Blevins scored twice, including the
game-winner. She now has 38 goals and 24 assists totaling 100
points this season.
