"Birkes played her best game of the season against Johnson.  It was nice to see her step up and take a leadership role in such a big match," is how Grizzlies Coach Hunter described the play of Birkes.

Septembra played outstanding Red Raven victories during week 6 action. Her ball winning and marking abilities helped the Ravens to solid victories over Northern Oklahoma on 10/2 (4-2) and Allen County on 10/4 (5-0).

JCCC freshman defender Shae Sawalich played a key role for the Cavaliers defense while helping her team to a pair of one-goal victories last week. JCCC defeated Hutchinson 2-1 and Butler 1-0 to take control of the top spot in the conference race.
