In Butler's 9-0 win against Cloud County on 10-10-07 Ford
helped lead the Lady Grizzlies to their seventh shutout on the
season. On 10-13-07 BCC traveled to Hutchinson to play the Lady
Dragons. Ford was responsible for shutting down Hutchinson's
2006 First-Team All-Region forward Jenny Yukich in a 5-1 Butler
victory. "Caitlin played very well this week and did a
tremendous job of denying Hutchinson's forwards the opportunity
to turn and get good looks at our goal," explained Butler's
Coach Hunter.

Emily Leeper
Sophomore
Forward
JCCC sophomore forward Emily Leeper scored a two goals and
had four assists last week in wins over Hesston and Northern
Oklahoma. Leeper had a goal and three assists in a 13-1 triumph
over Hesston. She followed with a goal and assist in a 2-0 win
over Northern Oklahoma. On the season, Leeper ranks among the
top scorers in the NJCAA with 49 points.
