Nataleigh Cliff
Barton County Community College
Nataleigh Cliff

Freshman
Midfield/Forward
Liverpool, England

Cliff had 4 goals against Allen County and 1 goal and 1 assist against Coffeyville this past week. She now has 12 goals and 5 assists (29 points) for the season.

Caitlin Ford
Butler Community College
Caitlin Ford

Defender
Sophomore
Denver, CO

Caitlin Ford, Butler's lone returning All-Conference selection from a year ago, continues to captain a team that has only given up three goals in conference/region play. Ford was instrumental in the Grizzlies two shutouts on the week in a 13-0 win at Dodge City and a 3-0 win against pre-season #15 Cisco JC. Where Ford really displayed her leadership and will to compete was in Sunday's 2-1 loss to #1 Iowa Western. Iowa Western was held to no goals in the flow of play, scoring on a penalty and free-kick restart. "Caitlin was a real presence in the back against the top junior college team in the country. She let nothing behind her and was a force in the air," stated Coach Hunter.

Tarita Gordon
Coffeyville Community College
Tarita Gordon

Sophomore
Forward
Wichita, KS

After missing the last 3 games of the Red Raven women, Tarita came back strong and scored 2 goals in a tough 3-2 loss to Cloud County on 9/24. In only 5 appearances in 2008, Tarita has scored 10 goals and added 4 assists for the Ravens.

Miranda Kirksey
Johnson County Community College
Miranda Kirksey

Freshman
Midfielder
Washburn Rural
Auburn, Kan.

Freshman midfielder Miranda Kirksey led the JCCC women's soccer team to a pair of victories last week, scoring a goal in both wins. She started JCCC's scoring in a 5-1 win over Neosho County on Sept. 25, scoring on a free kick from 45 yards out. She again netted JCCC's first goal in a 2-1 win at Garden City on Sept. 27. Kirksey has three goal and one assist on the season.
