Fee: $200 per team. Men and Women separate teams. $20.00 per individual
Scoring: Will follow the NCAA Rule
Book. No Team Scores will be kept.
Results will be available to all coaches and posted on
the Highland Website (www.highlandcc.edu) after the meet. No finals in field events. Four attempts for each participant in
LJ/TJ/WT/SP and will score as finals.

Rules: 3/16 or ¼ Omni Lite or Ceramic ” Spikes may be worn on the track and in
designated staging areas only.
ATHLETES CAUGHT WEARING SPIKES IN
A NON-DESIGNATED AREA WILL BE DISQUALIFIED from the meet.
