KJCCC Kansas MTXE Baseball Athletees of the Week, Week 2, 2018

ErikSabrowski had a monster opening weekend at the plate for Cloud County Community College as he batted .642 with 5 RBI and three extra-base hits (two doubles and a home run), helping the T-Birds to a series split. The first baseman played spotless defense over the week, as well, finishing with 14 putouts and one assist.  In addition to a great offensive series, Sabrowski was dominating in his first start on the mound this season. The left-hander tossed five scoreless innings in an 8-3 road win over Fort Scott, limiting the Greyhounds to two hits and two walks while striking out nine.

Sabrowski was both the Hitter of the Week and Pitcher of the Week.
