Player of the Week:  Ben McLaughlin – Hutchinson Community College
Blue Dragon sophomore third baseman Ben McLaughlin had a huge series against Dodge City to lead the Blue Dragons to a series sweep. McLaughlin hit .688 (11 for 16) and had a 1.438 slugging percentage with three doubles, three home runs and 11 RBIs against the Conquistadors. In the series opener, McLaughlin was 3 for 5 with five RBIs. He hit a go-ahead two-run home run in extra innings to complete a Blue Dragon comeback. McLaughlin is currently on a 13-game hitting streak where he is hitting .542 (26 for 48 with six home runs and 25 RBIs) 

Pitcher of the Week: Max Chapman – Johnson County Community College
Johnson County left-hander Max Chapman earned a complete game victory at Allen last weekend. He scattered four singles, walked a batter and struck out seven over five innings pitched.
