Jake Seurer was in on eight tackles for Butler, including a tackle for a 6-yard loss. He also had a quarterback hurry and came up with a key interception as Highland was driving deep into Butler territory.

After knocking on the door of a punt return for touchdown for two weeks, Hutchinson freshman Adrian Cross crossed the goal line not once, but twice against the Kansas Wesleyan JV in a 64-0 win.  Cross scored on punt returns of 48 and 65 yards in the first half. The Blue Dragons returned three punts for touchdowns in the game, a team record. Cross is now averaging 25 yards per punt return on 11 attempts this season.
