NJCAA Division 1 Football Week 3 Rankings
CHARLOTTE, NC – Highlighted by road wins last week, the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference now has three teams ranked in the latest NJCAA Division 1 Football poll which includes two of the top four teams in the country following the release of the week three poll.
Putting together a convincing 76-8 win in their season opener at New Mexico Military College, Hutchinson remains the top-ranked and unanimous number one team after amassing 545 yards of total offense and jumping out to a 48-0 lead before scoring the final 28 points of the contest in Roswell, New Mexico.
Also putting together a road performance worthy of their ranking in their 2025 opener, Garden City Community College picked up a 42-27 win at previously number four-ranked Navarro College to move up two spots in the latest poll to overtake the number four ranking after being ranked number seven in the preseason rankings. The Broncbusters move up into the top five was one of two changes to the top five of the latest poll, with Tyler Junior College making a three-spot improvement after defeating previously number five-ranked Snow College at home, as shuffling took place among the number four, five, six, eight, and nine-ranked teams.
Butler Community College is also ranked from the KJCCC, maintaining their number 15 ranking after being idle last week and holding a 1-0 record heading into their 2025 home opener this weekend, as the Grizzlies have been ranked in all four polls that have been released this season.
A loaded Saturday of action is in store this week across the conference as the first KJCCC game of the year will take place as well as a battle of the top-two teams in the latest NJCAA Football rankings.
