Harlie ran a personal best 5k time of 18:34 at the Chile Pepper Festival, hosted by the University of Arkansas. Harlie led the No. 3-ranked Cowley Tigers to a 16th place team finish in the 51 team field, and individually placed 57th in a field of over 400 runners.

Dennis Kiptoo-Cloud County
Freshman - Eldoret, Kenya

This is the second award for National Runner of the Week, Dennis Kiptoo. He led the Cloud County Thunderbirds to a 12th-place finish at the Arkansas Chile Pepper festival. Dennis ran a 24:37, which was 7th place overall in the 441 person field. He was the top overall NJCAA Finisher.
