Freshman Maci Cole continued to mash at the plate as she hit a pair of grand slams while driving in 14 runs in four games. Cole finished the week batting .600 (9-for-15), with three home runs, three doubles and six runs scored.

Johnson County right-handed pitcher Jordan Harrison picked up a pair complete game victories last week. In 14 innings of work, she allowed four runs with 14 strikeouts. In a 4-3 win over Independence, Harrison logged seven innings and allowed three runs and struck out seven batters. She capped the week with a 5-1 win over KCKCC, allowing just one run off two hits and seven strikeouts.
