2024 Division II Softball All-KJCCC/REGION VI Selections
(KJCCC) May 9, 2024 -- Selected via KJCCC Coaches, post-season awards for Division II Softball have been announced.

Leading the player selections is Aspen Burgardt of Johnson County, who was voted the KJCCC/Region VI Most Valuable Player and Freshman of the Year.
The Coach of the Year honor was awarded to Neosho County head coach Kim Alexander.
Most Valuable Player and Freshman of the Year
Aspen Burgardt (Johnson County)
Aspen Burgardt leads KJCCC Division II in batting average (.524) and runs batted in (80), while her 23 home runs are tied for second in the conference. She also has a team-leading 28 doubles and an on-base percentage of .580. Burgardt helped Johnson County win the conference title and earn the top seed at the Region VI Tournament.
Coach of the Year
Kim Alexander (Neosho County)
Kim Alexander helped guide the Lady Panthers to a second-place finish in the conference and has Neosho County as the No. 2 seed in the Region Tournament.
The Lady Panthers finished the regular season just one game behind Johnson County for the conference title and were ranked No. 19 in the final rankings. Neosho County has won 13 more games than last year and is still playing in the Region Tournament.
