JACIONNA STOWERS, Johnson County

Johnson County Community College sophomore guard Jacionna Stowers provided some big points off the bench in two blowout wins for the Lady Cavaliers last week. She poured in 22 points with four assists in a 97-75 win at MCC-Penn Valley and followed with 23 in a 97-64 win at Southeast. In the Southeast win, Stowers made a career high seven 3-pointers. She made 11 over the week to bring her season total to 48, 12^th in the NJCAA. She shot 53 percent from the field and 43 percent from 3-point range.
