In her only game last week, Hutchinson Community College sophomore Mele Kailahi posted her second-consecutive double-double and third in the last four games with a 20-point, 12 rebound effort against Garden City on Saturday at the Sports Arena. Kailahi was 8 of 9 from the field, including a couple of first-half 3-pointers. For the season, Kailahi is averaging11.8 points and is sixth in the KJCCC in rebounding average at 8.8 boards per game.
