KJCCC Announces 2026 All-KJCCC Women's Golf Teams
COLBY, Kan. – 14 individuals from three Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference women’s golf teams have earned the distinction of All-Conference honors, with Barton Community College leading the way with six all-conference honorees.
Each of the 14 individuals played in at least one of the three KJCCC Women’s Golf Individual Tournaments this spring to earn points towards the overall conference individual title, which were hosted at Buffalo Dunes Golf Course (Garden City, KS), Mariah Hills Golf Course (Dodge City, KS), and Fort Hays Municipal Golf Course (Hays, KS).
With medalist honors in each of the final two tournaments held and a fourth-place finish in the first tournament of the year, Cougar Panalee Prachavittayagon finished with top honors by totaling 32 total points to beat out Garden City’s Fernanda Rodriguez, who also earned first-team All-KJCCC honors with 27 points after a runner-up finish, third-place finish, and fifth-place finish across the three tournaments that were held this spring. Also earning first-team All-KJCCC honors were Heewon Pak (Dodge City), Holly Duddy (Garden City), and Amelia Bowles (Garden City). Rodriguez and Pak both earned their second consecutive first-team All-KJCCC honors after earning the same honors during the 2025 spring season.
Second-team All-KJCCC honors went to the next five highest-point scorers across the three tournaments, with Chomchanok Laparojkit (Barton), Suri Rocha Orozco (Barton), Zhana Navato (Dodge City), Giovanna Tabanag (Barton), and Diana Alvarado (Barton) each earning honors. Picking up honorable-mention All-KJCCC accolades were Tilly Jones (Dodge City), Brighdy Connors (Garden City), Molly Lloyd (Dodge City), and Alexandria Hunt (Barton).
Postseason play will begin on Monday, April 27th, for each of the KJCCC teams with the Plains District Championship meet, which will be held at Sugar Hills Golf Course in Goodland, Kansas. The Tournament will feature all NJCAA Division 1 Women’s Golf teams from NJCAA Region 6, 9, and 18, with non-NJCAA Region 6 teams Central Wyoming College, Eastern Wyoming College, North Platte Community College, Northeastern Junior College, and Otero College joining the four teams from the KJCCC.
