Panther wrestlers fall to NAIA Hastings
Jan. 22---Neosho County Community College Wrestling fell to the Broncos of Hastings College Thursday night in Clay Center, Kansas 32-17. Results for Neosho were as follows: Alex Gorton (125) won by technical fall, Rory Kendall won by forfeit at 133, Montana Carson(141) lost by pin, Cody Eaton(149) lost by decision, Zac Taylor (157) won by pin, Aaron Butler(165) lost by decision, 174 Neosho was open, Jason Mellies (184) lost by technical fall, Jeff Kirwan (197) lost by decision and Kris Powell (285) lost by pin. Neosho falls to 5-8 on the season and will next take to the mats next Friday and Saturday January 30th-31st to wrestle 5 duals matches in the Meramec duals in St. Louis , Missouri, before wrestling their last home dual of the season on Wednesday, February 4th, 2009.
