Coach of the Year – Ashley Cordeiro (Pratt)
Over her six-year tenure at Pratt Community College, Ashley Cordeiro has continued to grow the program with the number of wins, recruits, and support of the program. Last season, Cordeiro's Beavers set the program record for number of wins with 11 and yet again, her club reset the program bar a notch higher with 12 victories and the program's first ever Region VI Championship and No. 14 national ranking.
Player of the Year – Leticia Tessi (Pratt)
Leticia Tessi put her mark on the program record in her first season wearing the blue and white helping lead the Beavers to the top of the standings and the program's first ever Region VI Championship and No. 14 national ranking. Finding the net a conference second most 13 times, Tessi broke the school record in single season goals scored. Adding in another conference second best six assists, the two-time conference player of the week tied for the KJCCC lead with 32 overall points and led the conference with four game winning goals.
Defensive Player of the Year – Kate Giblin (Allen)
The leader and captain of the Red Devils' backline, Kate Giblin helped her squad defend the pipes to seven shutouts this season and a 17th spot of the national team rankings. Logging the most minutes played on the squad, the sophomore outside backer was also a threat on the offensive end, dishing out a team second best six assists and scoring a pair of goals in compiling 10 points throughout the season. A 2021-22 first team NJCAA All-Academic student, Giblin also netted a game winner within the Red Devils' seven game win streak to conclude the season while also helping the defense post four shutouts within that stretch.
