2021 KJCCC Volleyball Division I Athletes of the Week, Wk. 1
Player: Mylena Testoni – Barton
The Region VI reigning Most Valuable Player picked up where she left off from last year in leading 12th ranked Barton to a trio of sweeps to open up the '21 campaign. The first team All-American posted three double-double performances, attacked at a .557 clip, and had just four errors in seventy swings.

Setter: Marta Roicka – Colby
The sophomore setter led the Colby offense to a 4-0 weekend in Beatrice, Nebraska. She tallied 136 assists, averaging 12.36 per set. She had 9 blocks, 27 digs, and 3 aces over the course of the weekend. She also marked her first double double of the year in Colby's opener versus Labette.

Defense: Caitlyn Rexroat – Butler
The sophomore returner from Lansing, KS, was a rock for Butler in the back row as she had a team high 121 digs over the weekend along with a team high nine serving aces. She averaged just over eight digs per set and nearly an ace per set played. Rexroat put the Grizzlies in a good position often, helping Butler to a 3-1 weekend with two wins over NJCAA Top-11 teams. Rexroat crushed her single game dig total from a season ago by 13 digs and is just four aces away from beating last season's total after the first weekend of play.
