2022 KJCCC Volleyball Division I Athletes of the Week, Wk. 3

Player: Ivy Fink - Butler
Ivy Fink, sophomore outside hitter from Hoyt, KS, helped lead Butler to a 5-0 week. Fink finished the week with 59 kills in her 19 sets played. She had a season high 20 kills in a four-set victory over Cisco while also recording 26 digs in that match. Fink served up 11 aces on the week.

Setter: Rainey Aven - Butler
Rainey Aven, sophomore setter from Hereford, TX, was solid as the main setter on the week for Butler as they won five matches throughout the week. Aven finished the week with 186 assists, an average of 9.94 per set. She also added in 19 kills and 12 service aces in the Grizzlies undefeated week.

Defense: Hanna Miller - Barton
Hanna Miller anchored Barton’s defensive line to a four-pack of victories at the McCook Invitational to remain unblemished on the season. Miller began the weekend with 21 digs to claim the program’s all-time top spot in the category then tacked on 82 more in the final three matches while providing solid service receive of just three errors in 62 chances.
