2022 KJCCC Volleyball Division I Athletes of the Week, Wk. 8
Player: Seyun Park - Seward County CC
Seyun Park was once again a strong offensive attacker for the Lady Saints last week as Seward County went a perfect 3-0 last week against KJCCC opponents. Park had 32 kills on the week with a .393 hitting percentage and added five blocks. Park had her best match of the week with 10 kills and a .600 hitting percentage in the 3-1 victory over Dodge City. Park has a .369 hitting percentage on the year that is third in the KJCCC and fourth in the NJCAA.

Setter: Rafaela DaSilva - Seward County CC
Rafael DaSilva runs the Lady Saints offense in the 5-1 system and helped the Lady Saints to a 3-0 week with victories over Dodge City, Garden City, and Barton. DaSilva had 116 assists on the week, to average 10.5 assists per set, with eight kills and defensively had 26 digs on the week. DaSilva had her best match last week in the 3-1 victory over Dodge City with 42 assists, six digs, and four kills. Against Garden City DaSilva had a double-double with 37 assists and 13 digs. In the KJCCC DaSilva is ranked second in assists per set with 9.24 on the year.

Defense: Ivy Fink - Butler CC
Ivy Fink, sophomore outside hitter from Hoyt, KS, was big for the Grizzlies this week as they picked up a couple of wins over ranked teams. Fink was strong on both sides of the ball as she recorded 88 digs on the week in her 22 sets played. Fink recorded a career high 29 digs in the match against Jefferson. Not only was Fink effective defensively all week but she recorded four double-doubles on the week with kills and digs as she posted 50 kills as well. Fink had five blocks and 10 aces as well.
