Offensive Player: Anna Wierzbicki (Barton)
Freshman middle Anna Wierzbicki posted a pair of career bests in all-around performances this week helping Barton remain atop the standings with a pair of road victories. Beginning the week at Hutchinson with a career best 13 kills and tying her most 6 blocks, Wierbicki followed with a 7 kill on .353 attack Saturday in Garden City while resetting her collegiate most blockades with 9 total. Hitting at an efficient .302 for the week, Wierzbicki averaged 2.5 kills per set and 1.88 blocks per set from the middle position to rank in the top five of all three net defender categories in conference play.

Setter: Anna Gazzerro (Colby)
Colby went 2-0 in conference play this week, sweeping both Dodge City and Seward County. Sophomore setter Anna Gazzerro continued to lead the Trojan offense, tallying 30 assists against Dodge City and 38 against Seward.  Gazzerro averaged 11.33 assists per set over the two matches. Against Dodge City, Anna also added 3 block assists, 1 kill, 10 digs, and 1 ace, marking her 8^th double double of her sophomore season. Against Seward County, she added 2 block assists, 1 kill, 7 digs, and 2 aces.  Anna is currently 5^th in the NJCAA for assists per set.

Defensive Player: Lily Pichon (Colby)
Colby went 2-0 in conference play this week, sweeping both Dodge City and Seward County.  Lily Pichon had an amazing week defensively to help the Trojans win, tallying 55 total digs in 6 sets, averaging 9.16 digs per set. Pichon had a personal best against Dodge City for total digs in a 3-set match with 30 digs. Pichon had 35 reception attempts and had only 1 reception error.  She also had 1 ace against Dodge City.   Pichon is currently 3^rd in the NJCAA for digs per set and 8^th for total digs.
