Coaches Meeting������ A meeting of all Region VI coaches will be at the Best Western
����������������������������������� on Friday, May 4, at 9:00 PM.� All-Region nominations and selections will be made at this time. All-Conference selections
����������������������������������� will be sent to Coaches on May 1.
Roster������������������������ The official roster is attached. Each college will be allowed 24 players for Region VI competition. The roster on the KJCCC
����������������������������������� web site will be used for the program.
Participants��������������� 13 Region VI teams will participate in the Region VI Tournament. All deadlines must be met and failure to do so will forfeit that colleges right to be seeded.
Seeding���������������������� Seeding will be set by the Region Director on Tuesday, May 1 Seeding will be determined from play against District teams in the Jayhawk Conference League play and the Challenges.
Rules������������������������� 2007 NCAA Rule Book
Bracket���������������������� The bracket will be 13 team double elimination. Five (5) first round games Friday, May 4 with three (3) games at 4 :00 pm and two (2) games at 6:00 pm.
Practice���������������������� One Hour practice times will be available on two fields. Contact Jim Stewart at Two Rivers.

Trainer����������������������� A trainer will be available and provided by Region VI. Training supplies for your athletes such as tape, etc. must be provided by your college. Water jugs will be placed� on both benches but each team must provide cups or squeeze bottles.
Officials��������������������� The UIC will be Sarah McMahon. The Region Director with advice from the UIC will contract all umpires.
Softballs��������������������� Each team will bring two new softballs for the tournament to the meeting.
Media������������������������ All press passes must be secured from Two Rivers Sports Complex
T-Shirts���������������������� Two Rivers will sale tournament t-shirts
Program��������������������� Programs will be available for coaches at the Friday meeting
Awards����������������������� Region awards will be presented to the Region Champion.
