REGION VI
VOLLEYBALL – DIVISION I
Champions of District D and
District M were crowned over the weekend at the Salt Hawk Activity Center, in
Hutchinson, Kansas. Barton County is the Champion of District D and will travel
to West Plains, Missouri to play in the NJCAA National Volleyball Tournament.
Seward County is the Champion of District M and will travel to West Plains,
Missouri to play in the NJCAA National Volleyball Tournament.
In District D the player
receiving the most votes was Paula Koikopoulus of Barton County, a 6’ 2”
outsider hitter from Sao Paulo, Brazil. In District M the player receiving the
most votes was Priscila Augusto of Independence, a 5’ 11” middle blocker from
Soracabo, Brazil.
