JCCC sophomore outfielder Chad Shannon helped JCCC to a 6-0 week batting .529 (9-for-17) with a double, triple, two home runs, 11 runs, 8 RBI, two stolen bases and six base on balls.

Ising was perfect in his three relief appearances not allowing a run. On March 18 he came on in relief with the bases loaded and no outs in the bottom of the seventh of a tie ball game. After striking out two he got a groundout to end the inning. Ising tossed three innings of relief and struck out the side in the top of the ninth to help the Panthers secure a series sweep.
