Baker had a week to remember by going 11-for-21 with 16 runs batted in as Pratt went 5-1 against Jayhawk Conference competition. Baker drove in 10 runs in a doubleheader sweep of Dodge City and finished the week with an on-base percentage of .583. Among her 11 hits were two doubles, a triple, and a home run. She also stole two bases and scored seven runs.

Cothran was 2-0 on the weekend. She pitched a complete game shutout against Hesston and gave up only one earned run in a win over Hutchinson. She struck out five and walked only two in the victories.  The performances helped lower Cothran�s earned run average to 2.13.
